Data Deletion Instructions
How to request deletion of information associated with a connected application.

How to request deletion of your information
If you used a Pasupong-operated app to connect a Google, Facebook/Meta or TikTok account, you may request deletion of personal data controlled by that app. This page also provides general instructions for privacy requests.
- Send an email to contact@pasupong.com with the subject Data Deletion Request.
- Include the application name, connected platform (Google, Meta or TikTok), and the email address or account identifier used with the app, if known. Describe whether you want data deletion, account deletion or both. Do not send passwords or access tokens.
- We will review the request and may ask for limited information to verify that you control the account. Once verified, the app operator should remove associated personal information it controls unless retention is legally required, and explain any exceptions.
- We will communicate the outcome using the contact address you provided. Response periods are governed by applicable privacy law; a precise service-level commitment should be confirmed before launching each application.
Disconnect the third-party platform
To stop new authorized access, also revoke the app in the relevant provider's connected-app or security settings. Revoking platform access does not necessarily erase copies already retained by an application; send a deletion request for those records.
What is covered
A verified request can cover profile information, app configuration, connection metadata and other personal information controlled by the identified application. Information held independently by Google, Meta or TikTok must be managed with those providers directly. Limited records may remain where law or security obligations require retention.
For Meta users and reviewers
This public page is the human-readable data deletion instructions URL for the website. It is not a technical data deletion callback endpoint. If an application requires a Meta deletion callback URL, its developer must implement and configure a working HTTPS endpoint according to Meta's current requirements.
