1. About the services
Pasupong.com provides information about independent software projects and potential third-party integrations. Actual software features, availability and eligibility will be described on the relevant application or product page. Informational descriptions do not represent a guarantee that a feature is available.
2. Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing this website, you agree to use it lawfully. Where an app requires registration or acceptance of additional terms, those conditions will be presented within the app. You must have authority to connect any external account you authorize.
3. Third-party services and permissions
Applications may integrate with Google, Meta, TikTok or other providers. Their terms and policies also govern your use of those platforms. Permissions must be granted through the applicable authorization flow. You may revoke access through the provider's account settings, although some app functionality may then stop working.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the services, access systems without authorization, violate others' privacy or intellectual property, upload unlawful content, circumvent security or use automated actions contrary to applicable platform policies.
5. Content and intellectual property
Website design, original materials and software are owned by their respective rights holders. User-provided content remains subject to the rights of its owner, who must have permission to submit or publish it. Separate product terms should specify licenses needed to operate any content-processing feature.
6. Availability and changes
Features may change, be interrupted or discontinued. We aim to provide reliable services but do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or access to third-party APIs.
7. No affiliation or endorsement
References to Google, Meta or TikTok identify potential integration platforms and do not imply sponsorship, partnership, certification or endorsement by those companies.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, this website is provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees of fitness for a particular use. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
