1. Who operates this service

Pasupong.com is an independent website for digital software and integration projects. Privacy inquiries and personal data requests can be sent to contact@pasupong.com. The identity and contact details of the legal data controller must be confirmed before public app review.

2. Information that may be processed

• Contact information: name, email address and messages you voluntarily send.
• Service and technical information: IP address, browser, device information, logs and diagnostic data as collected by an application's actual hosting and security systems.
• Account connection information: a provider account identifier, display name, profile details, access or refresh tokens and specific information authorized through Google, Meta or TikTok APIs, but only when a connected application implements and requests those items.
• Feature-related content: information an app needs to provide a user-requested function, such as content drafts, account analytics or workflow configuration, only if that feature has been implemented and disclosed.

We do not claim to collect every category listed above. An app's consent screen and feature-specific notice must identify the exact information it requests.

3. Why data is used

Information may be processed to respond to inquiries; authenticate and connect accounts; perform user-requested app functions; maintain reliability and security; investigate abuse; and comply with applicable legal obligations. Where required, the relevant lawful basis may be consent, a contract, legitimate interests or legal compliance, depending on the processing and applicable law.

4. Third-party platform permissions

Connecting Google, Meta or TikTok is optional unless a specific integration feature depends on it. A connected app must request only necessary scopes, tell users what each permission enables and avoid using platform data for unrelated purposes. Provider authorizations may be revoked in the provider's own security or connected-app settings.

Google API data: For any app using Google API Services, use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements. Google user data will not be used for unrelated advertising or sold. Any human access to Google user data must meet the applicable Limited Use exceptions and consent requirements.

5. Sharing and processors

Information may be shared with hosting or infrastructure providers and authorized integrations only as needed to deliver the relevant feature, under appropriate safeguards. Information may also be disclosed where legally required. Actual service providers and cross-border transfers should be identified in any app-specific notice. We do not sell OAuth account data.

6. Security

Connected apps should use HTTPS, access controls, secure token handling and other safeguards appropriate to the risks. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Operational security controls must be verified for each app before launch.

7. Retention

Personal information should be kept only for as long as necessary for the disclosed purpose or required by law. Actual periods vary by product and must be published in the relevant app notice. When an account is disconnected, applications should stop using revoked access and remove associated data when no longer needed, subject to legal retention obligations.

8. Cookies and analytics

This static informational website does not include an analytics script or advertising tracker in the provided source files. Hosting infrastructure may maintain standard access or security logs. If cookies, analytics or advertising technologies are added later, this notice and any required consent controls must be updated.

9. Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent or information about your personal data. To exercise these rights, email contact@pasupong.com with the app name, connected platform and request. We may ask for proportionate verification to protect accounts. 10. International processing and minors

Some third-party services may process information across national borders. Each deployed app should disclose relevant transfers and safeguards. Services not intended for children should not knowingly collect children's personal information without required permission and protections.

11. Changes to this policy

Updates will be posted here with a revised effective date. Material changes affecting connected app data use should be communicated as required by applicable law or platform policies.
